A BOOKING?
Booking can done
through this website online booking or via email or fax. State
which land tour product that you want to book with us and
including the necessary information such as your contact details
and we will proceed to do the booking upon receiving your
request.

HOW DO I
KNOW IF MY BOOKING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
Our tour consultants will process your booking within the next
working day and will either call you personally or send you an
e-mail to confirm your booking.
Q3. WHAT
SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO CANCEL THE RESERVATIONS?
If you need to cancel
your reservations, kindly send us an e-mail. Note that
cancellation fees may apply. You must read the
Terms & Conditions before you proceed to do your booking
Q4. WHAT IS THE
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A FULL PACKAGE AND LAND PACKAGE?
A Full package
includes air tickets, hotel accommodation, meals and sightseeing
as specified in the itinerary. A Land package includes all the
above except
international sector air ticket. This is usually for
passengers who have their own air ticket and wish to travel as
per itinerary.
Q5. WHAT ARE
SEAT-IN-COACH TOUR?
Seat-in-coach tours
require only a minimum of two passengers to depart, without the
need to fulfil a group size. The items covered by such tours
will be listed in the itineraries. Please bear in mind that
sometimes such tours will only include a local guide or the
coach driver at the destinations you are travelling to. Most of
the time, transfer to and from the airports or hotels are not
included.
