How to book a tour

Q1. HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING?
Booking can done through this website online booking or via email or fax. State which land tour product that you want to book with us and including the necessary information such as your contact details and we will proceed to do the booking upon receiving your request.

Q2. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY BOOKING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
Our tour consultants will process your booking within the next working day and will either call you personally or send you an e-mail to confirm your booking.

Q3. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO CANCEL THE RESERVATIONS?
If you need to cancel your reservations, kindly send us an e-mail. Note that cancellation fees may apply. You must read the Terms & Conditions before you proceed to do your booking

Q4. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A FULL PACKAGE AND LAND PACKAGE?
A Full package includes air tickets, hotel accommodation, meals and sightseeing as specified in the itinerary. A Land package includes all the above except international sector air ticket. This is usually for passengers who have their own air ticket and wish to travel as per itinerary.

Q5. WHAT ARE SEAT-IN-COACH TOUR?
Seat-in-coach tours require only a minimum of two passengers to depart, without the need to fulfil a group size. The items covered by such tours will be listed in the itineraries. Please bear in mind that sometimes such tours will only include a local guide or the coach driver at the destinations you are travelling to. Most of the time, transfer to and from the airports or hotels are not included.

Q6. HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
Full payment is require prior to your departure date. You may make payment using the following methods:
Mode of Payment

Option 2 - For travellers originating from Singapore. You may make payment using local Bank ATM to transfer the amount payable into our office account. Payment is to be made in Singapore Dollars. Customers who wishes to bank in Singapore local bank Cheque into JOY LEISURE SERVICE LLP, will have to wait until the effects of your cheque has been cleared by our Bank before your payment is considered as GOOD PAYMENT. This will usually require a waiting period of at least 02 working days provided the cheque is presented to the bank before 2:00pm.

Option 3 - Secured online payment by credit card via paypal (this mode not available to travellers originating from Singapore. Never used Paypal before? click here to enter the " Payment Center " and checked it out.

Option 4 - Visa or Master Card by fax.
When your bookings are confirmed, we will send out a "Credit Card Authorization Form" attached with the Email for you to fill. Open the attached file and fill out the form, then fax it to us at +65-641-51600, with a photocopy of your credit card. If you prefer, you can scan the completed documents and email them to us.
